Final Stages of Completion approaching for The Resort Group’s Dunas Beach Resort

Luxurious Cape Verde accommodation just months away from opening

The Resort Group announced this week that its Cape Verde Dunas Beach Resort & Spa is now in the final stages of completion and will be ready to open in November of this year. The Resort Group has been working on the five star resort along with Melia Hotels International its industry expert travel partner. The last few stages of construction over the next few months will include the internal fit out and placing the finishing touches on the five start hotel complex.
“We continue to make excellent progress in our build schedule as we approach the opening date” said Rob Jarrett, Chairman at The Resort Group. “After identifying a truly viable development location, we have worked with award-winning architects to create properties with beautifully designed interiors using only the finest furnishings, fixtures and premium appliances.”

Finished to an exceptional high quality specification, Melia Dunas Beach caters for holidaymakers wanting a luxurious, enriching and memorable experience. Visitors will be able to enjoy the many fine restaurants and bars, two poolside wet bars, courtesy and lounge areas, a Yhi Spa and gymnasium, tennis courts and a variety of shops. Rooms can now be booked on Thomson’s and First Choice’s websites.

“With one million visitors expected to visit the islands by 2015, Dunas Beach Resort has attracted property investors looking for consistent rental returns and excellent capital growth potential. The final few properties at Dunas are still available for purchase and there are also excellent investment opportunities at Dunas’ sister resort Llana Beach Hotel.”

With tourism booming on the islands, the demand for high quality accommodation is far exceeding supply. The Resort Group is able to offer highly competitive pricing, where owners can still expect an excellent level of return. As well as outright property ownership, it also offers fractional investments and pension funded purchases, making ownership of a Cape Verde property much more accessible.

Cape Verde, which is located off the coast of West Africa, is regarded as one of the world’s hottest property investment locations. A stable political structure, growing economy, vibrant and traditional culture and of course, pristine beaches and crystal clear waters, mean that tourism to the island is rising all the time and foreign investment in development projects to improve the islands’ infrastructure continues to grow.
